Opening doors

Guys, I got into a silly situation: stepped out to take out the trash and the door slammed shut behind me. Now I'm stuck in the hallway with no keys, no phone. What do people usually do in Berlin in such cases? Are there services that actually come fast and open the door without breaking it?
