Late-night strategy chaos in casino play

I've been messing around with online casino games lately and I keep noticing that my strategy totally falls apart after a few rounds. Sometimes I go aggressive, sometimes I try to play super safe, and honestly it just turns into chaos. Is it normal to feel like every system works for 10 minutes and then dies? Also, do you guys actually stick to one approach or just adapt on the fly depending on mood and streaks? I read some guides but they all sound too perfect and not real-life at all. Any advice from people actually using this stuff in real sessions would be appreciated, cheers.
